At my school we have this super lame thing that they decided to call a "privilege period" which is a horridly ironic name for this random 21.5 minutes thrown in the period before/after your lunch period. It's basically a time where the freshmen have to endure a silly seminar program while the rest of us oh so privileged upperclassmen get these few minutes to basically sit in either the gym, the library (if it happens to be open and you're actually on time) or the bus port (if it happens to be nice outside) and stare at each other awkwardly. However, there is a plus side: out of all this sheer boredom, creatures such as Coin Man (who happens to be made of pure awesome, not coins as one would expect) are born.
